Mr. Alawad has built the company from the ground up and has successfully executed projects with various government entities that are valued at more than 2 billion SAR, which received the highest recognition from MOMRA and other awarding bodies. Mr. Alawad currently is the chairman of the boards for Alrafia Contracting Company and occupies the position of chairman of the boards of Alrafia Holding Company. Along with his achievements in the contracting sector, Mr. Alawad is a successful investor in various fields such as the real estate field, through Alrafia Investment company, and in the industrial field, through Zahar Industrial company.
