Prior to his role at Zahar Industrial Company, he served as the Senior Plant Manager at ARASCO, where he made significant contributions to the construction, commissioning, and operation of their factories. Additionally, he led the team responsible for the successful establishment of Zahar Industrial's own factory. Mr. Dafer's expertise in manufacturing and strategic factory management reflects his unwavering dedication to excellence in the industrial sector. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from King Khalid University and has participated in numerous training programs to further enhance his knowledge and skills.
